Exercise is important. Our bodies need exercise and activity. Good exercise slows down our body rot.

We need three types of motion: flexibility, aerobics and weight training.

A. Be flexible.
As we age, our body becomes steeper. Yoga, swimming, tai chi, stretching, or simply to help maintain flexibility.

B. Aerobic exercise or cardiovascular disease.
Hiking, mountain biking, jogging, dancing and sports to keep the heart rate of about 20-30 minutes of work are good for the heart. The cards are available to determine the heart rate to work on your age group.

C. Resistance exercise.
This exercise keeps your muscles strong and determined. It also maintains strong bones when combined with proper nutrition. This type of exercise include weightlifting (which may be easy), aerobic endurance machines offer.
